JOB SUMMARY:
Under the general direction of the Human Resource Manager, provides professional level administrative support to the department; maintains electronic and paper employee records and files, including benefits, trainings and certifications; prepares and submits detailed reports and materials; assists with recruitment by posting, updating and using company website, community sites and sources; performs special projects as assigned; as needed.
 
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
  • High School Diploma or GED, is required;
  • Minimum of one to two years of office and job-related experience, is required;
  • Must be able to read, write and speak in both Spanish and English languages;
  • Must have two to three years of Microsoft Office experience;
  • Must be flexible to travel, as needed;

ADULT PROGRAMS

JOB TITLE:              ACQUIRED BRAIN INJURY CASE MANAGER
 
JOB SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Program Coordinator oversee and determine eligibility for program participant’s services by conducting assessments; develop and implement care plans to maximize participant choices and independence.
 
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university in a related field is required;
  • One to two years of job-related prior experience required;
  • Professional certification in the case management required;
