Vincent A. Allocco, Ph.D. - President
For over twenty years, Dr. Vincent Allocco has been the President and Executive Director of El Valor. In 1979 Dr. Allocco arrived at El Valor to join others who shared his dream of excellence and inclusion for all children and families including people with disabilities. Those who know Dr. Allocco know he is a visionary leader, with mission, passion, and dedication to the community.

Clara A. Lopez - VP of Children's Services
El Valor recently announced the appointment of Clara A. Lopez as Vice President for Children's Programs. As Vice President of Children's Programs, Ms. Lopez will provide leadership for El Valor's Birth to Five Programs that include, Early Head Start, Head Start, Early Intervention for Children with Special Needs, the partnership with Action for Children and the partnership with Mexico.

Rey B. Gonzalez - Board Chairman
Rey B. Gonzalez has given El Valor the extraordinary leadership needed to accomplish extraordinary goals. He has affected transformations in the lives of people - children, adults, families, volunteers and staff. Rey's vision is of an inclusive society in which all people are respected and challenged for the common good.

Gloria Curtin - VP of Adult Services

Ms. López has been responsible for initiating, cultivating and stewarding relationships with local and national philanthropic groups, community organizations, businesses, media and government in order to engage resources to support programs El Valor’s programs.
