Come join us for a fun evening and help us raise money for El Valor’s children, adults with disabilities, and families! We’re teaming up with Boka Restaurant Group on Thursday, February 18, at 5:30pm for a virtual cooking class for two. Chef Giuseppe Tentori of GT Prime will be teaching us how to make beef tenderloin with roasted Brussels sprouts, truffle sauce, and butternut squash puree. Vegetarian option of cauliflower steak with Brussels sprouts, truffle sauce, and butternut squash puree is also available.
Tickets are on sale now for $150 and include one meal kit with all of the ingredients needed for a beautiful dinner for two, a bottle of wine and a small gift from our little ones and adults with disabilities. The kits can be picked up on Thursday, February 17, at GT Prime located at 707 N Wells St, Chicago, IL 60654, or at El Valor’s Main Office located at 1850 W. 21st St, Chicago, IL 60608. They can also be delivered to local Chicago ($25 fee) or up to 30 miles suburban ($50 fee).
