El Valor is taking its Annual Don Quixote Dinner to the screen this year! Please join us on Wednesday, June 23, 2021, for El Valor’s Don Quixote Virtual Gala. This annual fundraiser is our largest event of the year, and is vital to ensure El Valor’s programming continues.
We will honor two individuals for their commitment and generosity toward our organization. Mr. Matthew Turk of INTREN, will receive the El Valor Champion Award. Mr. Turk has been a steadfast supporter of El Valor’s community by assuming leadership roles for fundraising, and other agency needs, at a corporate and personal level. Mr. Dan Arce of Tropic Optical, will receive the Guadalupe Reyes Founder’s Award for his community leadership roles in fundraising to ensure the livelihood and well-being of our individuals with disabilities, children, and families.
Your ticket includes everything you need to enjoy the evening, including ingredients for our drink mixing demonstration (with two unique cantaritos!), a gift from our children and adults with disabilities, and links to the event and silent auction. This year’s auction will feature weekend getaways, tickets for Chicago sporting events, and handcrafted artwork.
Through the kindness of past sponsors, El Valor has been able to continue serving our community of over 4,000 children, adults with disabilities, and families through high-quality, dual-language early childhood education, programming for adults with disabilities, and workshops and resources for families. Join us as we celebrate this past year that wouldn’t be made possible without the support of our generous donors and community.
