SUMMARY: Assists kitchen team in the planning and preparation of meals for consumption in a sanitary and efficient manner following the regulations set by the Department of Health.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: 

  • High School diploma or equivalent required;
  • Food Service Sanitation Certification may be required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of basic nutrition guidelines;
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques;
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
