El Valor Named 2021 Vanessa Rich Innovation and Leadership Program Award Recipient

El Valor’s Early Childhood programs have received the Vanessa Rich Innovation and Leadership Program Award from the Illinois Head Start Association. This award celebrates the memory of the late Vanessa Rich, former chair of the Board of the National Head Start Association. For over 40 years, Rich was a fearless advocate of Early Head Start and Head Start programming. Her legacy continues through creative, quality, and innovative programming like El Valor’s.
