Technology for Early Learners

At El Valor, we believe that all individuals should have access to the newest technology and STEAM-based curriculum. The Rey B. Gonzalez Children & Family Center Oceanography Themed SMART Classroom will provide our students the same opportunities to access the latest technology.

This state-of-the-art technology will allow El Valor’s children to learn in new and innovative ways that were previously unavailable. It will provide them with the opportunity to communicate, participate, and the ability to work with their classmates.  With this new technology in our Oceanography SMART classroom, we are able to introduce STEAM-based curriculums, teach each student individually, and encourage independence. We’d like to thank COTG – A Xerox Company for their expertise and equipment.

Through our partnership with the U.S Forest Service, the classroom at the Carlos H. Cantu Children & Family Center was created, featuring a forestry theme and two digital displays. The Guadalupe A. Reyes Children & Family Center has a space themed SMART classroom, to inspire the next generation of scientists and astronauts. The SMART classrooms throughout our centers provide an opportunity for our children to learn and explore careers in STEAM related fields.
